The invention of Aquagain is based the reliable patented technology which makes it possible to produce metallic aluminium from aquous solution. Therefore, the aluminium production process is dramatically simplified. The rotary oven burning at the end of Bayer process plus the whole Hall-Heroult process are replaced in aluminium production. The energy savings are as much as 60 % compared to these technologies used today.

The unique technology of Aquagain makes electrolytic deposit of metallic aluminium from water based solutions onto Aluminium plates possible. It solves the major problems of present aluminium production from bauxite: the high energy consumption and the conversion of the carbon anode to carbon dioxide in Hall-Heroult process. The patents will give a permanent competitive advantage to Aquagain at least for the first 20 years.
